Gerry Giacoman Colyer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clara, a B2B fintech unicorn providing corporate credit cards and spend management solutions for businesses across Latin America. Under his leadership, Clara has become a category-defining platform that modernizes how companies manage expenses and credit. Before Clara, Gerry founded Uva Scooters, a micromobility startup that was acquired by Grow Mobility, showcasing his ability to build and scale disruptive ventures. He was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2022 and has a deep expertise in technology, finance, and high-growth company leadership.
Claudia Duran
Regional Managing Director for North America & Managing Director at Endeavor Miami
Claudia Duran is the Regional Managing Director for North America and Managing Director of Endeavor Miami, where she leads efforts to select, support, and scale high-impact entrepreneurs across the region. With a background spanning finance and strategy roles at SABMiller, Taca International Airlines (AVIANCA), and Deutsche Bank’s Private Wealth Management division in New York, Claudia brings both corporate rigor and entrepreneurial empathy to her work. She previously led Ashoka Brazil, supporting social entrepreneurs, and has also been involved in her family’s business, driving financial improvements. A Penn State finance graduate with an MBA from IE in Madrid, Claudia is deeply committed to strengthening ecosystems by empowering founders to build enduring, globally relevant companies.
Martin Migoya

Martín Migoya is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, Co-Founder and CEO of Globant, the global digital services and software development company he launched in 2003 that grew into a multinational enterprise and became the first Latin American tech company to list on the New York Stock Exchange. Since 2005, he has served as CEO and Chairman of Globant’s Board, leading its global expansion and focus on digital transformation, AI, and innovative organizational culture. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of La Plata and an MBA from CEMA University, and also serves as Chairman of Endeavor Argentina, where he supports and mentors high-impact entrepreneurs across the country. He has received numerous recognitions for his leadership and entrepreneurial impact, including Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Top CEO of the Year honors.

Antoine Jebara is the Co-Founder and General Manager of Channels & Alliances at JumpCloud, where he leads the company’s MSP vision and partner strategy, shaping solutions that serve managed service providers and their customers globally. An Endeavor Entrepreneur since 2021, Antoine previously co-founded and served as CEO of MYKI, a growth-stage startup focused on decentralized password and 2FA management for MSPs, which was acquired by JumpCloud in 2022. Now based in New York City, he brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, identity management, and channel-led growth, with a strong track record of building and scaling partner-centric technology platforms.
Johanna Mikkola

Johanna Mikkola is Co-CEO of Groupe EDH North America and an entrepreneur, exited founder, and operator passionate about building and scaling mission-driven ventures. She previously founded and led Wyncode Academy, one of Miami’s pioneering coding bootcamps, successfully exiting the company and playing a key role in shaping the region’s tech talent ecosystem. Today, in addition to her leadership at Groupe EDH, Johanna is Co-Founder of Mestari, where she helps co-founder couples scale as “power couples” by strengthening both their companies and partnerships. A longtime advocate for inclusive innovation and diverse leadership, she has spoken at TEDx Miami and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council. Before launching Wyncode, Johanna spent a decade in corporate management with the National Hockey League, becoming the highest-ranking female in her department’s history. She holds an honors Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto and previously represented Canada at the World Floorball Championships.
Manuel Godoy

Manuel Godoy, born in Venezuela, is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems. He holds bachelorʼs and masterʼs degrees in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and began his career as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Schlumberger. After co-founding Bitely and leading product development at MicroSilicon Inc., he pursued his MBA at Wharton, where he partnered with Bernardo Garcia to address the financial challenges faced by immigrants. Together they founded Félix in 2021, a digital remittances company that enables users to send and receive cross-border payments instantly via WhatsApp, offering a fast and affordable solution for Latino immigrants in the U.S. The company has raised over $90M from investors including Castle Island Ventures and QED Investors, driving its rapid growth across Latin America.

Currently, he's a co-founder at DoorLoop, a property management software company that has raised $130M, employs over 250 people, and manages hundreds of thousands of properties worldwide. In 2025, Forbes ranked DoorLoop the 30th best startup employer in America. Beyond his professional achievements, David is an active real estate & stock market investor, a former state champion tennis player, and a devoted family man who enjoys life with his wife and three children in South Florida.
Shu Nyatta

Shu Nyatta is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bicycle Capital, a $500M growth-stage investment firm focused on technology companies in Latin America. Previously, he spent seven years in senior leadership roles at SoftBank, where he was a founding Partner of the Vision Fund and later launched and co-led the $7B+ SoftBank Latin America Fund, as well as founded the Opportunity Fund supporting early-stage U.S. founders of color. Over his career, Shu has led investments across sectors, including AI, genomics, ride-sharing, and semiconductors, and has served on more than a dozen private company boards, including Lemonade. Before investing, he worked in technology banking at J.P. Morgan, consulted at McKinsey, co-founded a media startup, and was a professional singer-songwriter. A Rhodes Scholar, he holds degrees from Harvard and Oxford, was born and raised in Kenya, is a dual U.S.-Kenyan citizen, and currently serves on the board of Endeavor Global and as a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
